OH: Boy Bites Teacher During Restraint

Newsvine.com reports that a teacher and a student were both taken a hospital after the child bit the teacher who was physically restraining him; the teacher for medical treatment, the child for a psychological evaluation.

The incident occurred in the principal's office at Patterson-Kennedy Elementary School, which is located in the Dayton City School District in Dayton, OH.

According to the article, "[t]he boy began throwing things in the office and had to be restrained by Green."

Unfortunately, the article does not mention whether this child was eligible for or receiving special education, or what the child had done in the classroom to land himself in the assistant principal's office.
